You may qualify for this study if the following applies to you:
- 18 years of age or older
- CD4 of > 500 cells
- Never taken HIV medications
- No cardiovascular event within 6 months prior to enrollment

- HIV-1 RNA level > 1,000 copies/mL
- Failing a single NNRTI-based regimen
