Pride 2009
Big thanks to our volunteers who helped in community outreach efforts at the 2009 St. Pete Pride Festival! Special thanks to Jim Roth & the Pinellas County Health Department for making our partnership booths a great success! Our booths featured educational materials about HIV research, free condoms and other giveaways.
This event was part of a collaboration of National HIV Testing Day events. In total, 267 people were tested for HIV and STDs, between Hillsborough County Health Department on Fri. 6/26, ASAP & partners at St. Pete Pride, HCHD & partners at the Pointe Pool Party on Sat. the 27th.
